Meregini Stephen Samuel holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying with upper credit. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the National Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). He also holds a certification in International Project Management and has several years of experience in the industry.
QS Meregini Stephen participated in the construction of Jabi Lake View Reference Hospital at Plot 829, Kado district, cadastral zone B09, FCT Abuja, and the construction of AICL Guzape Shopping Arcade, Plot No. 390, cadastral zone A01, Guzape district, Abuja. Additionally, he served as the Resident Consultant Quantity Surveyor for the National Judiciary Institute of Nigeria, Airport Road, Abuja.
He is a skilled, reliable, and efficient quantity surveyor responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our projects. He estimates the quantity and costs of materials, prepares contracts and documents, sets budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials, and advises clients on estimated costs.
